Understated

All KPIs above are lifetime totals per 100 warranties across the full plan term — not monthly, not annual. Service Profit is counted only from the customers who finish 100% of required services. The other 70+ customers chasing eligibility — who typically come back 2× to 3× more often than they would have without the program — contribute $0 in this view.

In real stores, that partial-completer revenue is the largest single line item ClaimsFree adds. The number on the dashboard is the floor, not the ceiling.
